What We’re Building

At Fliped Education, we’re pioneering one of Sonoma County’s first movement-based micro schools: a place where kids learn differently, build confidence, and get stronger physically — especially those with dyslexia, ADHD, or neurodivergent learning styles. We combine:

  • Evidence-based literacy instruction

  • AI-supported learning tools

  • Project-based learning & real-world skills

  • Daily physical literacy, movement, and adaptive PE

  • A small-group micro school environment built on compassion, creativity, and community

What We Offer

✅ Flexible, Part-Time Schedule

Core hours: Tues–Wed–Thu, 10:15 a.m.–12:45 p.m. (with optional 1:00–2:30 p.m. support)

You’ll help shape one of the region’s first micro schools — bringing confidence, literacy, movement, and hope to kids who don’t thrive in conventional settings.

Work with AI-powered learning tools, structured literacy frameworks (Orton-Gillingham / multisensory), small-group environments, and movement-based pedagogy.

✅ Supportive Community & Location

Located on the vibrant SOMO Village campus (next to Credo High School) — a collaborative, creative, family-friendly neighborhood in the heart of Sonoma County.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead small-group literacy & writing sessions (structured + AI-supported)

  • Adapt lessons to meet needs of dyslexic, neurodivergent, and homeschool students

  • Collaborate with founders to co-design curriculum, learning paths, and movement integration

  • Support a safe, inclusive environment — academically and emotionally

  • Optionally: Blend in adaptive PE / movement-based activities and project-based learning nights
